WHO AM I??
I am David. Thinking…
I was born long before this body of mine. I lived in a place not made by hands, but birth with love and carefully planned for a purpose in time, and a season. Before this body, I existed in the mind of THE MOST HIGH GOD, long before there were planets, stars, or any of this. I was predestined to live in this body, designed to survive. Over the years I’ve learned a great deal about my days. I have graduated from the School of Hard Knocks and moved on to the College of Higher Understanding. I have two associates’ degrees, one in Visionary Arts, and the other in Life Planning. I have two Bachelor’s degrees, One in Self Control and the other in Self Awareness. I have two favorite Classes; one is Positive Thinking and the other Positive Speaking. Between school semesters and holidays, I go to a Tech School for hands-on experiences in Trial and Error where I earned enough credits to get my Master’s Degree in Wisdom and Understanding. I’m in graduate school earning my MBA, ING, ING Arch, MUDr, MgA, Mgr, JUDr, Ph.D., RNDr, PharmD, ThD in LIFE. So What am I? I’m not a Preacher or Inspirational speaker; I’m not even one who repudiates another’s progressed by giving my unqualified contempt towards them. What am I? You tell me because I don’t seek approval of anyone but THE MOST HIGH. I receive no approbation nor take regard to opinions from others about me other than those who a cognizance is due, I.e. YAHSHUA, (GOD) my family and true friends. What am I?
I don’t label myself with a restriction that classifies me with a group or organizational bond. I am open-minded, a freelancer to explore new ideas and possibilities not limiting myself to one specific idea and dream. What am I? I can’t be judged by anyone but THE MOST HIGH GOD. I express myself in writing whether it is orthodox or unorthodox I speak to me. What am I? I have an affectionate heart that goes beyond the precepts and ideals of the average man on what’s worthy of being forgiving or what boundary is taken when helping another. A man who takes thought on the welfare of others often before me. What am I? Having issues and battles nameless within myself only YAHSHUA (GOD) knows of what I strive to correct and seek to acquire the solution thereof rummaging life itself till I find it. What am I? I’m am one thing to the simplest form mastered and designed by the Creator of the universe. Made for a purpose and reason I have yet to write about. I am common but unique, the same but different. I am a man called David. Who am I?

Rejection is one of the most difficult experiences to face, but what happens when it comes from the very foundation of your identity? Where do you turn when the beliefs that once brought you comfort now feel like a burden?
This book delves into my personal journey of transformation after leaving behind a life that, while formative, also felt like a form of bondage. “The Backslider” invites readers to reflect on their own struggles with faith, self-discovery, and the pursuit of freedom.
